Tarot 101 Intensive
Tarot 101 is an excellent way for beginners to jump-start their tarot practice and a great refresher for those at the intermediate level. Presented either as a one day, eight-hour course or as a weekly series over the course of four weeks, you will learn everything you need to know to perform a basic tarot reading.
Participants will be able to:
• Recognize basics of tarot history, myths, general structure of the deck
• Use simple techniques to read cards immediately
• Find sources for tarot meanings for further tarot study
• Use a variety of tarot spreads
• Learn basics about reading reversals and court cards
• Perform a reading for themselves and for another person
Monthly Tarot Workshop
I have been presenting a monthly tarot workshop in Palm Beach County for over ten years. (Currently the workshop is being held at the Jamar Enlightenment Center on the third Wednesday of the month). We meet for two hours.
The topics vary every month and include such classic themes as focusing on the Major Arcana or Minor Arcana, learning new spreads, or incorporating other tools of divination - plus many, many more! Every month the class topic is different but the information is accessible and stimulating for anyone from a beginner to those with many years of experience.
Crystal Divination
Learn how to read your very own Crystal Oracle using tumbled crystals as tools of intuition. A Crystal Oracle reading incorporates the energy of popular crystals such as rose quartz, amethyst, moonstone, and many more. We will work through a series of hands-on practice exercises so that everyone gets a chance to read. (Sample sets of crystals will be provided for participants to use while learning.) Come see what the crystal oracle has to say to you!
Charm Casting
Casting charms has gained increasing popularity with diviners in recent years and is a unique way to work with the energy of divination. In this workshop you will learn how to create your own oracle by collecting charms and other small items, creating meanings for each item, and tossing them onto a reading cloth to look for patterns. Sample kits of charms will be provided for use during the workshop, but the fun continues when you start collecting your own oracle after this fun little class!
